We get calls all of the time like, “ I have a 52 Chevy, what kind of gauges do you have for that?”  The answer is, our gauges and kits are really a generic design to fit a wide range of vehicles.  We intended them to fit a certain period rather than a specific vehicle.

Our gauges fit right in the dash holes of some vehicles, while others may need modifications or a dash panel to make them fit.  As we learn how each set fits in each vehicle, we will add them to this list.  This section will be edited forever, or at least until cars don’t exist anymore.  If you have a method to add gauges to a specific vehicle, let us know so we can add them to that list.

We use 3 methods to install gauges into a dash:

Method 1: They fit right into the holes, no mods required

Method 2: Requires some modification to the dash

Method 3: Requires an off-the-shelf dash panel.  We carry Docs Kustom panels, which are very nice, and very affordable, they generally are around $130.00 for a complete kit

Method 4: Requires a custom dash panel to be made.  This is often the case when the car is not as popular as a 57 Chevy and an off-the shelf solution is not available. We use J and B Microfinish for our custom panels.  It works pretty easy.  You send us your existing dash panel, or some dimensions, we send that with the gauges to J and B Microfinish, and they send back a finished, ready to install gauge package.  Depending on the panel, prices range from $250-$500.00

Of course you can make your own panel or use another vendor, we simply want to make your installation as hassle-free as possible
