PRODUCT IDEA/MARKET RESEARCH
This is where you have to do your homework, we can do some research, but who knows your product market better than you? Sometimes its also a good idea to circle back here with images or mock-ups to make sure your product will hit the mark.

IDEATION
Once we have some idea of what the product will be, we can start this quick phase if needed. It starts with some quick thumbnails of directions your product could go. When you decide which direction to go, it’s on to the next step.

THEME DEVELOPMENT
This is where the product takes maturity. The theme is established and engineering work begins. The feasibility, styling and cost of the finished product starts to gel. Once the final theme is selected, final engineering work can begin. This is a good point to take the proposals back to research or to financial backers.

TECHNICAL/ENGINEERING
At this point, you know what you want, and its our job to make sure you get just that. We can work with your manufacturing partners, or use our contacts to make sure you have a high level of feasibility in your product. We will begin 3D models and technical drawings along with exploded views and part breakouts, if needed.

3D DATA/PHYSICAL MODEL
The final portion is the final release of the 3D data and production of the physical model or mock-up. If you really want to convince your client, a finished model is the best way to convey your message. Its also a good gut check before beginning production

We do plenty of work in this area. We can provide promotional images to get the word out. We can also put together a sketch book for your builder to work from to make your dream a reality. We don’t even mind making house calls or working in the shop.
