Speed signal is weak or low voltage. You may see this at low speeds on some speed senders. Tremec integrated speed senders may see this issue.
The air core speedometers have 3 sensitivity settings Low (L), medium (n) and High (Hi)
This can be changed in the speedometer manually by entering the boot menu and selecting the input setting you desire.
We recommend trying the Lo "L" setting first, then try high"H"

STEPPER MOTOR SPEEDOMETERS
Stepper motor speedometers can read down to 2V normally, you may try different settings on the DIP switches to achieve better results. It may take some experimentation to find the best seting for your particular vehcile/engine/trans/sender combination as no two vehicles are the same.
Helpful hint:
KEEP THE GROUND WIRE AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE, THIS CAN HELP RAISE THE VOLTAGE STRENGTH OF THE SENDER
YES My speedometer is operating! Just program the speedometer and you are done
NO this did not help: The signal strength is below the threshold of being usable. The sender is either faulty or designed for use at extremely low voltage. Replace the sender, use a screw-on style or GPS type
